Bartlett Square is Toll Brothers' condominium community in Rockville, Maryland, 48 residences at Hungerford Drive and North Washington Street on the north edge of Rockville Town Center, with pricing expected to start in the $600s. These are stacked two to four story condos with one car garages, included balconies and rooftop terrace options, and the location is the pitch: Rockville Metro on the Red Line and the Town Center shops are both a walk away. New construction you can walk to Metro from is rare in Montgomery County, which is why this page gets more first visit questions than most.

Toll lists two condo plans at Bartlett Square. The Sitka is a two story plan at about 1,470 square feet with three bedrooms, two and a half baths and a one car garage. The Windale stacks up to five levels at about 2,490 square feet, same bedroom count, with the rooftop terrace option. Both come with a balcony, a full kitchen on the main living level and Toll's design studio selections for finishes. The condo fee covers snow removal, lawn care and exterior maintenance, so the upkeep is the building's job, not yours.
The first homes carry addresses on the 520 to 534 block of Hungerford Drive and show move in windows from late February through March 2027, so a buyer signing in late 2026 is looking at a few months of waiting, not a year. Toll had the community listed as coming soon through the fall. Pricing on those first homes was not published as of our last check; the sales team quotes it by phone or at the gallery, and that is a number we can get for you before you ever go in.
Is Bartlett Square really walking distance to Rockville Metro?
Yes, about 0.7 miles by Toll's own measurement, roughly a 15 minute walk down Hungerford Drive to the Rockville station, which has the Red Line and MARC Brunswick Line trains. Rockville Town Center, with Trader Joe's, the Regal theater and the restaurants along Maryland Avenue, is closer than that. Driving, you're a couple of minutes from I-270 at Route 28. The assigned Montgomery County public schools are Beall Elementary, Julius West Middle and Richard Montgomery High.
